Box Tops
Student Council will be sponsoring a Box Top collecting competition until February 1, in all I & S classes. Bring in all of your box tops to your I & S teacher. The winning class will receive a donut party! 

Chess Club
Chess Club meets tomorrow after school in room 111. If you like to play chess or you want to learn how to play, come to room 111 tomorrow after school.

SAS
Any girls interested in Serious About Stem (SAS), there will be a meeting during the lunch hours on Thursday. 6th grade will meet in Room 175, 7th grade will meet in Room 225, and 8th grade will meet in Room 150. If you have not come before but are interested, please come! No passes will be given. The lunchroom is aware it's a SAS day!

Congratulations
Congratulations Franklin, we did it! We walked over 1000 miles! Thank you to all that participated! Now we wait to see if we won the contest. Speaking of contests, the winner of the Mason Crosby autographed football is Arshawne Alexander. Arshawne, please stop down to student services and see Mrs. Zelzer to receive your prize. Thank you also to the Phy Ed. department for support this contest!

Memory Book
The Memory Book Sale runs runs through February 1st. To order your very own Memory Book, please fill out the envelope and return with payment to your science teachers. The cost is $12. 

Pep Band

Pep Band members, please stop by Mr. Baker before you leave today as he has a note for you to bring home.

MLK 
This year, 20 FMS students participated in the Brown County MLK Day Celebration by creating posters. Let’s congratulate these students for their accomplishment and self-confidence. All posters will be in the LMC during the coming weeks. Please make sure to stop by the LMC to see the posters.

Positive Behavior Referral

Today’s positive office referral goes to Nate Long for his impeccable manners in the lunch line. He was genuinely kind and used his manners. Thank you, Ms. Novak for highlighting Nate’s positivity.

Wrestling
The Franklin wrestling team had its first home meet of the season last night against Parkview and Washington. Marcus Gilson-Jones won his match with a score of 7-5. Sean Schutte also came away with a victory with a score of 7-4. Seth Scrivens notched the only Franklin pin of the night. Great job wrestlers, keep up the good work.

Musical

This is a reminder that there is musical practice tomorrow from 2:50-5:00.
