IB Learner Profile Trait
The IB learner profile trait for January is Open-minded, we critically appreciate our own cultures and personal histories, as well as the values and traditions of others. Hopefully we are accepting of others points of view, and willing to grow from the experience. Do you appreciate your culture and traditions? Are you open to hearing about others cultures and traditions that may be different than yours? How do you handle points of view that are different than yours? Do you listen actively and grow from the experience?

Box Tops
Student Council will be sponsoring a Box Top collecting competition from January 22nd until February 1st in all I & S classes. Bring in all of your box tops to your I & S teacher starting on January 22nd. The winning class will receive a donut party! Remember box tops can be found on all General Mills products like cereal, Kleenex, canned foods and more!  

Chess Club

Congratulations to those students who participated in the chess tournament this past Saturday. Be sure to wear your medals with pride. This Saturday’s tournament will be held at West De Pere Middle School. Anyone interested in playing chess is welcome to attend. See Ms. Agard in room 111 for details.

Garden Club
Garden Club for tonight, Tuesday January 22nd is cancelled. Those students that attend Garden Club our next meeting will be in February.

LMC Trivia
The LMC trivia question from last week was: What is a group of lions called? The answer is a pride. Congratulations to Tyrell Holliday, you can come to the LMC to claim your prize!

The question for this week is: Who said the famous quote: “Keep the dream alive”? 

Memory Book

Hey all you Bobcats! The Memory Book Sale runs runs through February 1st. To order your very own Memory Book, please fill out the envelope and return with payment to your Science teachers. The cost is $12. 

POPS
POPS is tomorrow. If you are in POPS, come to room 111 after getting your lunch from the Bistro. Use your pass to get your lunch right away and come to room 111 for POPS.
