IB Learner Profile Trait
The IB learner profile trait for September is Communicators. We express ourselves confidently and creatively in more than one language and in many ways. We collaborate effectively, listening carefully to the perspectives of other individuals and groups. How will you express yourself confidently and creatively in classes this week? In how many languages can you communicate with others? Could you teach other people how to say a few words in your languages? How can you listen better to understand someone else’s ideas? What can you do to collaborate with others and be a positive role model?

National History Day Club

Triumph and Tragedy. That is the theme of this year's National History Day competition. If you enjoy digging into history, or just want to practice your inquiry and research skills, you would love NHD! You can compete individually or as a group in five different categories: paper, documentary, website, performance or exhibit. Projects are presented at a regional competition in March with the possibility to move on to state and even nationals. The first meeting is Wednesday, September 26th in Ms. Linna’s room 232 at 2:45. All are welcome!
