Spirit Week
Franklin Middle School will be having a Spirit week to line up with West High School’s homecoming week this week. Wednesday is USA day, come to school decked out in red, white, and blue. There will be a House competition on Friday to see which House has the most Franklin spirit! During lunch, you will have an opportunity to purchase Franklin T-shirts. $5 for short sleeves and $6 for long. We have black, white, and purple shirts. The sale is only for this week, so get them while they are at a good price!

GSA Club
Would you like to be part of making Franklin a great place to be? Come join us for our first Gay Straight Alliance meeting of this school year! See what we’re all about!  Plan activities with us! We will meet in Room 219, today after school from 2:45-3:45. Please see Ms. Wolke or Ms. Zimmerman if you have any questions.

IB Buzz
We will have our next meeting this Thursday, September 28th from 2:45-4:00pm. 

Family Night
Title 9 Indian Education has their first family night on Tuesday, September, 26th at Lombardi Middle School at 5:30 pm. Hope to see you there. See Miss Carrie in room 221 if you have any questions.

Tardy Challenge
Today is Day 2 of our tardy challenge! Did you make it to class on time to every class yesterday? Remember to be tardy free the whole week this week. 

Chess Club
Chess club meets today after school in the Bistro and goes until 3:45. Come to the Bistro after school and enjoy a fun time at chess club. Everyone is welcome and of course, hot pizza will be served.

Volleyball News
Another hard fought match between Franklin and Bay View 8th grade volleyball. Coach Danica's team tried to fight back Game 4 to win the match but came up short. The players are getting better and better with every match. Good luck against Parkview tonight!

Games tonight
Our Volleyball teams play Parkview and Denmark, our Soccer team plays Wrightstown, and our Football team plays Lombardi here at home. Remember, positive behavior will be expected from our students, or you will be asked to leave! Students receiving referrals will be asked not to attend the games. Good luck tonight teams!!
