5K Family Fun Walk
Franklin students and families. Franklin will be having 5K Fun Walk on Saturday, May 5, 2018. Registration begins at 9:00-9:45 am. with the walk starting at 10:00 am. The walk will take place here at Franklin. The first 100 people to sign up will get a free tee shirt but we want as many people as possible to participate. Sign up ends Friday, April 13th. The purpose of this event is to bring the Franklin Middle School community together and show our community our Purple Pride! You can come to the main office to pick up a flyer.

7th and 8th Grade Students
Reminder for students in 7th & 8th grades, after your lunch, the only students that should be using the 2nd floor east hallway are students who have Spanish. Otherwise, please use the center stairwell.

Track Mini Camps
Do you know when spring really starts? It is when track mini-camps begin! Starting next week Monday thru Friday track mini-camps begin. We will meet in front of the school store at 2:50 and we will finish at 3:35. Bring running gear and a positive attitude. Track officially starts on April 9th.

Homework Help
Students, do you need assistance with homework? The Homework Huddle is available to you Monday-Thursday from 2:45-3:30 in room 150. Computers are available for you to use but you must have a pass from a teacher giving details on what you will be working on. Please remember, the electronics policy applies to Homework Huddle.  

POPS
POPS is today during lunch in room 202. Bring your lunch and enjoy POPS.

Honors Choir
The following students were part of the Green Bay Area Public Schools Honors Choir Festival yesterday. Abdirahman Abdi, Sean Adams, Caleb Bazett-Jones, Kiarra Deno, Anya Entringer, Myqueena Hall, Kierra Hawkins, Kalei Phomsaath, Jacob Lee, Tashena Marcus Kohel, Samantha Rose, Skyler Sheldon, Maya Steel, Safiya Stevens, Touger Vue, Angeleena Williams, Annyshi Yang, Maylene Yang. Congratulations on being a part of an amazing, hard working day, which culminated in a beautiful concert.  Bravo!

Boys Basketball
The boys’ basketball team played Edison last night, they came up short in game one and beat Edison in game two 30-22. Scoring for the Bobcats in game two were Charlie Kensmoe with 12, Remy Powell with 6, Bryce Hrabik and Charlie Adams each put in 4, and Aiden Webster and Max Cruz each had 2. Great game way to go boys!

Softball
Any girls interested in softball, there will be a parent meeting Tuesday, April 3rd, at 5 pm. See you there.
