Book Drive
If you have slightly used books and they are taking up space, donate them to the book drive box by the security desk. The donated books will go to St. Paul’s free book library at the front of the church.  

Red Out
Come and watch the American Red Cross Green Bay West High Red Out game vs. Menasha High School, on Tuesday Feb. 13th with JV starting at 5:45 pm and Varsity at 7 pm. For $10.00 you purchase an American Heart Association T-shirt and get a free admission to the Red Out basketball game, a complimentary soda and popcorn, and a free ticket to a future gamblers Hockey Game. Please get your $10.00 and your adult shirt size to Mrs. Zelzer in student services and she will get you the rest. Any questions please see Mrs. Zelzer.

Chess Club
Chess Club is today in the Bistro right after school until 3:45. You do not need to know how to play chess in order to participate. Bring a friend and have some fun learning how to play chess. Hot pizza will be served. Congratulations to Seth Logerquist and Acoya Hernandez for participating in the West De Pere Chess tournament last Saturday.

PBIS Hot Cocoa 
Got a hankering for something sweet? We’ve got you covered! Today at your lunch you will be able to buy a delicious cup of hot cocoa for just 10 Bobcat Bucks! Bring them with you to lunch and be sure your name is on them. See you there!

Show Choir
All members of the Franklin Show Choir need to see Mrs. Rego sometime today to get your Show Choir shirt order form.

Student Council
We are collecting Box Tops for Education in all I&S Classes starting today until February 9th! Check at home for Box Tops and bring them to school. The class that has the MOST box tops will win donuts. You can also use Box Tops to buy a ticket to the Social.

Student Council is hosting a Sweetheart Social on February 9th after school. There will be music from DJ Haze, dancing, games, concessions, and fun with friends! You can buy tickets at lunch in the Bistro. Act fast, tickets are now $2 or 5 Box Tops. If you wait until the last minute, ticket prices go up! 

ID Sale
We have ID cards on sale in the main office for $3.00. Students, please remember you will need an ID card to attend the social.

Battle of the Books Teams  
Our first competition is tomorrow. If your team cannot come after school, you may come during lunch. You will need to get a pass from Mrs. Vraney.

STEAM Club

We meet tomorrow right after school in the LMC. If you didn’t turn in your co-curricular form yet, be sure to bring it.

7th / 8th Girls Basketball
The 8th Grade Girls played two hard fought games vs Red Smith last night.  

Scoring for team 2 were: Kimberlyn Alvarez, Banae Collins, Destiny Yang, Marissa Cooper Holmes, and Molly Jones.  Justice Vang also had 6 steals in the basketball game. 

Scoring for team 1 were:  Karly Kleiber, Myqueena Hall, Lilly Roberts, and Jimena Robles-Gamboa. Skylar Schultz had 6 rebounds on the night to help out the Bobcats.  

Nice Job Ladies! Wish us luck in our next game against Lombardi. 

6th Grade Boys Basketball
Any 6th grade boy interested in playing Franklin basketball, there will be a meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 13th, in the Bistro right after school at 2:45 – 3 pm. You MUST attend this meeting if you want to play boys’ basketball. Schedules and all forms will be handed out at this time. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Gus or Mrs. Danica 

Wrestling
Our wrestling team will be at Parkview today. Good luck and bring home a victory!!
