Chess Tournament
Don’t forget, Washington Middle School will be hosting a chess tournament tomorrow. Everyone is welcome. Contact Ms. Agard in room 202 to learn more about the upcoming chess tournament taking place tomorrow.
Supplies Needed
One of our IB groups is making chew toys for the Humane Society. They are in need of materials to make their toys. Preferably denim would be best but if you have anything that would be tough enough for chew toys we will take it. Please bring any old jeans or material to Room 310. Thank you!

Any girls interested in a Pom clinic that will perform at half time of the Girls Varsity Basketball game at Southwest High school with the Troyettes please come to the main office to pick up a flyer.
PBIS Tardy Competition
Today is the last day of our tardy competition and on Monday we will have winners! Have you been doing your part and getting to class on time? Teachers, for every student who was on time to your 1st hour class today, please give them 2 Bobcat Bucks. Thank you and safely hustle through the halls today!
Basketball Results
Coach Gus 7th grade tea mis improving every game but came up a little short against Park View last night. Scoring baskets for the Bobcats were Carly Kleiber with 7 points, Emalee Dopkins w/ 4 points and Destiny Yang and Kyeisha Day each put in 2 baskets, good job everyone!! Come support the teams Monday as they take on Edison.
The Little Mermaid
The great news is that we had many, many, fantastic auditions for the musical over the past few days. The bad news is we still need to hear some second auditions, as we just can’t make up our minds as to who is going to be what character. So, everyone who auditioned for the musical this week will be getting an invitation from Ms. Mattek and Mrs. Rego on Monday. You will either be invited to audition again on Wednesday or your invitation will be for our first rehearsal next Thursday. Congratulations to everyone who tried out for the musical, you made our decision a tough one and we love it!
