7th grade Book Club
Attention all 7th grade Book Club members, if you have a nook, please bring it to Mrs. Vraney ASAP so she can add our next book. If you don’t have a nook, please come to the LMC to pick up a paper copy.

Gay Straight Alliance Club
Come and join us today, Wednesday, January 25th, after school in Room 219! We are ready to plan our next GSA activity! Please see Ms. Zimmerman or Ms. Gomez with any questions.

Supplies Needed
One of our IB groups is making chew toys for the Humane Society. They are in need of materials to make their toys. Preferably denim would be best but if you have anything that would be tough enough for chew toys we will take it. Please bring any old jeans or material to Room 310. Thank-you!

Troyette Clinic
Any girls interested in a Pom clinic that will perform at half time of the Girls Varsity Basketball game, at Southwest High School, with the Troyettes please come to the main office to pick up a flyer.

PBIS Tardy Competition 
Our PBIS Tardy competition is on day 2! Have you been hustling to your classes? If not, be sure to get to where you are going on time so you can be rewarded! 

Attention Art Club Members
The Art Club photo for the yearbook will be taken today immediately after school. Please meet Ms. Gronke and Ms. Everetts in the big gym. This should take 10-15 minutes depending the number of sports/clubs who will also be having their pictures taken. PLEASE BE ON TIME! We will not be meeting after the yearbook photo is taken. Make sure you communicate this with your parents for transportation purposes. 

Language Class
Would you like to learn the Oneida language? Indian Education will be having After-school language classes every Wednesday starting TODAY 1/25. Come and learn with your classmates in room 221 until 3:30. Hope to see you there.

Chess Club
Just a reminder there is no chess club today after school. However, all chess and board games club attendees are reminded to go to the large gym right after school today for pictures. A special treat will be given to those who show up for pictures.

Wrestling
Last night, the Franklin wrestling team had a match against Edison, West De Pere, and Kewaunee. Many of our wrestlers had very successful matches. Wrestlers notching wins by points include: DAndre Mixon with a score of 15-1, and Rachel Zepnick with a dominating win of 9-0. Wrestlers winning by pin include: DAndre Mixon with a 1st period pin, Issac Wery with a 1st period pin, and Luis Quinones. Luis Quinones pinned both of his opponents, one of which was in 19 sec. Congratulations wrestlers on a very successful night. Franklin will be hosting its first meet of the season next week Tuesday. All are encouraged to come and cheer on our team.
