The Social is tonight after school, please leave the building and enter in the Activity Entrance at 3:00. You will need your ID and ticket ready and out when you enter the building. We look forward to seeing you there!
Lightning Tournament at Franklin
Who is interested in winning a few extra dollars? How about helping our hungry community members? Well, we have a fun way that you can do both. On Monday, February 12th at 3:00 there will be a Lightning Tournament. Tickets are 2 non-perishable food items per person or $3. Registration starts at 2:50, Monday, February 12th, or you can fill in the pre-registration sheets in the Main Office. Bring the pre-registration sheets filled out with your food donation or the money to Mrs. Rego in room 180 before Friday, February 9th, or you can sign up at 2:50 right before the tournament on Monday, February 12th. Student Apparel
Any student interested in purchasing school apparel, please be sure to stop in the office to pick up an order form. You can also pick a sheet up in the lunch room as well. Orders must be in by Tuesday, Feb. 20th.
Book Drive
Franklin students, we need your help! Do you have books you’ve read and no longer need? Are they still in good shape? If so, we would like them! Please donate any gently used books you have. We want your books to help students in need. You can drop your books off at the front desk. Thanks for your help!
Chess Club
Chess Club is next Tuesday in the Bistro right after school until 3:45. Bring a friend have some fun learning how to play chess. Hot pizza will be served.
Battle of the Books
Congratulations to our Battle of the Books teams who move on to the final round of the competition on Wednesday, February 14th! Edgy Teens Trademark team is leading with a score of 191 points. Reading Raptors is second with 133 points. Pamplemousse came in third followed by the Fire-breathing Rubber Duckies in Pink Tutus in fourth. The final battle is right after school on Wednesday, February 14th. Great job everyone!
