Red Out
Come and watch the American Red Cross Green Bay West High Red Out game vs. Menasha High School, on Tuesday Feb. 13th with JV starting at 5:45 pm and Varsity at 7 pm. For $10.00 you purchase an American Heart Association T-shirt and get a free admission to the Red Out basketball game, a complimentary soda and popcorn, and a free ticket to a future gamblers Hockey Game. Please get your $10.00 and your adult shirt size to Mrs. Zelzer in student services and she will get you the rest. Any questions please see Mrs. Zelzer.
Student Council
We are collecting Box Tops for Education in all I&S Classes starting today until February 9th! Check at home for Box Tops and bring them to school. The class that has the MOST box tops will win donuts. You can also use Box Tops to buy a ticket to the Social. Student Council is hosting a Sweetheart Social on February 9th after school. There will be music from DJ Haze, dancing, games, concessions, and fun with friends! You can buy tickets at lunch in the Bistro. Act fast, tickets are now $2 or 5 Box Tops. If you wait until the last minute, ticket prices go up! Don’t forget you need an ID to get in to the social and those are on sale in the main office for $3.00.
Art Club
The Art Club yearbook photo will be taken right after school in the Gym on Wednesday of this week! If you are part of Art Club, please be in the gym this Wednesday directly after school! Look for Ms. Gronke and Ms. Mach to have the photo taken for the yearbook, hope to see you all there!

Just a reminder that Chess Club is on Wednesday this week.
Homework Huddle
Students, do you need assistance with homework? The Homework Huddle is available to you Monday-Thursday from 2:45-3:30 in room 150. Computers are available for you to use but you must have a pass from a teacher giving details on what you will be working on. Please remember, the electronics policy applies to Homework Huddle.
6th Grade Boys Basketball
Any 6th grade boy interested in playing Franklin basketball, there will be a meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 13th, in the Bistro right after school at 2:45 – 3 pm. You must attend this meeting if you want to play boys’ basketball. Schedules and all forms will be handed out at this time. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Gus or Mrs. Danica.
Gay Straight Alliance Club
Our next meeting is Tuesday, February 6th after school in Room 219. Come and join us in a judgment free zone for all! Please see Ms. Zimmerman or Ms. Wolke with any questions.
LMC Trivia
The LMC trivia question for last week was: Which planet has the most moons? The answer is Jupiter and the winner is Jennifer James. Congratulation Jennifer! You can come to the LMC to claim your prize.
The question for this week is: Which female African American was titled "the conductor" of the Underground Railroad? February is Black History month and the LMC is celebrating by having a word search contest. There will be 10 winners drawn from the entries. You can stop in before school, before lunch, or after school to use the computer to find the answer.
