IB Learner Profile Trait (Caring) 
We show empathy, compassion and respect. We have a commitment to service, and we act to make a positive difference in the lives of others and in the world around us. Are you a person that shows empathy, compassion and respect to all people? How can you make a positive difference in someone’s life this week? How can you make a positive difference in your community?

Book Drive

If you have slightly used books and they are taking up space, donate them to the book drive box by the security desk. The donated books will go to St. Paul’s free book library at the front of the church. Hurry up today is the last day!

Red Out
Come and watch the American Red Cross Green Bay West High Red Out game vs. Menasha High School, on Tuesday Feb. 13th with JV starting at 5:45 pm and Varsity at 7 pm. For $10.00 you purchase an American Heart Association T-shirt and get a free admission to the Red Out basketball game, a complimentary soda and popcorn, and a free ticket to a future gamblers Hockey Game. Please get your $10.00 and your adult shirt size to Mrs. Zelzer in student services and she will get you the rest. Any questions please see Mrs. Zelzer.

Student Council
We are collecting Box Tops for Education in all I&S Classes starting today until February 9th! Check at home for Box Tops and bring them to school. The class that has the MOST box tops will win donuts. You can also use Box Tops to buy a ticket to the Social. Student Council is hosting a Sweetheart Social on February 9th after school. There will be music from DJ Haze, dancing, games, concessions, and fun with friends! You can buy tickets at lunch in the Bistro. Act fast, tickets are now $2 or 5 Box Tops. If you wait until the last minute, ticket prices go up! Don’t forget you need an ID to get in to the social and those are on sale in the main office for $3.00.

6th Grade Boys Basketball

Any 6th grade boy interested in playing Franklin basketball, there will be a meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 13th, in the Bistro right after school at 2:45 – 3 pm. You MUST attend this meeting if you want to play boys’ basketball. Schedules and all forms will be handed out at this time. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Gus or Mrs. Danica.

Board Games Club
Board Game Club is after school in room 202 on Thursday the 15th. That’s right, so put it in your agendas to help you remember to come to Board Game Club. See you there.

Gay Straight Alliance Club
Our next meeting is Tuesday, February 6th after school in Room 219. Come and join us in a judgment free zone for all! Please see Ms. Zimmerman or Ms. Wolke with any questions.

Solo Ensemble
If you are in Mrs. Rego’s classes and you are planning on singing at Solo Ensemble your permission slip is due today.  If you have it here, please bring it to her.  If you forgot it, please go see Mrs. Rego TODAY.

Beauty and the Beast

All parts for the play Beauty and the Beast have been filled. Stop by Mrs. Rego or Ms. Mattek’s room during your lunch time to see who will be playing what part. Our first practice will be Monday from 2:50-4:00 in the Choir room for a read through of the show. EVERYONE who wants to be a part of the show needs to report to this read through, even the crews. See Mrs. Rego or Ms. Mattek with questions.

Show Choir
All Show Choir shirt orders are due to Mrs. Rego before the end of the school day today. If you forgot your order at home, you need to see Mrs. Rego before the end of the day today!

Forensics
Congratulations to everyone who participated in the Forensic Meet on Tuesday. The students did a great job with their presentations. Groups will be moving on to the next level competition at Edison on Monday, February 19th.
