Chess Club
Just a reminder Chess Club is today in the Bistro right after school until 3:45. Bring a friend have some fun learning how to play chess. Hot pizza will be served.

Forensics
Are you interested in being on our Forensics team this year? Forensics is an activity for any student who is interested in acting, theater, public speaking, literature or debate. Our season consists of 2 competitions where students test their communication skills against other middle school students in the area. Our meetings and practices will run from December - February and we will meet on Thursdays after school each week. Our first meeting will be Thursday, December 7th at 2:50 in room 230. Please see Mrs. Giguere or Miss Mattek if you have any questions.

GSA

Our next Gay Straight Alliance Club meeting is tomorrow, December 5th after school in Room 219 from 2:45-3:45.  See you there! If you have any questions see Ms. Wolke or Ms. Zimmerman.

Holiday Grams

Student Council holiday candy gram sale stats today! Stop by the table during your lunch and send one to your friends. Suckers will be 1 for $.75 or 2 for $1.00. Gift tags will be available to write a note!

Homework Huddle

Students, do you need assistance with homework? The Homework Huddle is available to you Monday-Thursday from 2:45-3:30 in room 150. Computers are available for you to use but you must have a pass from a teacher giving details on what you will be working on. The electronics policy applies to Homework Huddle.  

Hat Day
This Friday, December 8th, is Hat Day! For just 5 Bobcat Bucks you can wear your hat all day, no hoods please!

Hour of Code
The Hour of Code event is almost here! We look forward to seeing students for this special event in the LMC this Wednesday from 2:45 – 3:45pm. Be sure to get your permission slips to Mrs. Vraney today.

IB Buzz
Just a reminder IB Buzz Team, we do NOT have a meeting today. Our next meeting is Thursday after school from 2:45-3:45.

LMC Trivia
The LMC trivia question for last week was: Natural pearls are found in what sea creature? The answer is a clam and the winner is Steven Ellis, congratulations Steven!  You can come to the LMC to claim your prize!

The question for this week is: From what country did the Olympic Games originate? Remember you can stop in before school, before lunch or after school to use the computer to find the answer. Stop in the LMC and try to win the trivia this week!

Culver’s
Students, please be reminded that you should refrain from hanging out at Culver’s. Students are not allowed to be on the premises until after 4:30 pm. Parents are still allowed to pick up from the parking lot. But no students should be in the restaurant or on the patio area.
