Chess Club
Chess Club is this Thursday, after school in room 202. Everyone is welcome and hot pizza will be served. Come and learn how the game of Chess is played.

The Franklin Wrestling Team
Franklin’s wrestling season is just around the corner. Wrestling practice starts January 3rd. There will be a parent meeting to follow at 5:00. Practices will be held from 2:50 through 4:30. Practice gear includes: T-shirt, shorts, and wrestling shoes. Headgear will be provided to all athletes. If you are interested in joining the team, please sign up with Mr. Dart, Mr. Huisheere, or Mr. Thomas.

LMC Trivia
The trivia question from last week was: Which spider is the biggest in the world? The answer is “the tarantula.” and the winner is JaMayah Booth. Please come to the LMC and claim your prize.

Box Tops for Education Collection Contest
Each grade will compete to collect the most amount of box tops. Give the box tops to your Individuals and Societies teacher. Each I & S hour will compete for the most box tops collected in their grade. Winning hour in each grade will enjoy donuts. Who will be the winning 6th grade class?? Will it be Ms. Giguere’s, Ms. Stirn’s, Ms. Ericksen’s, or Ms. Perpich’s? The contest will run from Jan 3 - March 1. So start collecting now!!!!!
