5K Family Fun Walk
Franklin students and families, Franklin will be having 5K Fun Walk on Saturday, May 5, 2018. Registration begins at 9:00-9:45 AM with the walk starting at 10:00 AM. The walk will take place here at Franklin. The first 100 people to sign up will get a free t-shirt, but we want as many people as possible to participate. Sign up ends Friday, April 13th.  The purpose of this event is to bring the Franklin Middle School community together and show the community our Purple Pride! You can come to the Main Office to pick up a flyer.

Bobcat Boot Camp and Summer School
Students please remember to turn in your sign-up sheet for Bobcat Boot Camp and Summer School in Student Services and come join the fun this summer here at Franklin. If you need a sign-up sheet, please come to the Main Office or sign up online.

Homework Huddle
Students, do you need assistance with homework? The Homework Huddle is available to you Monday-Thursday from 2:45-3:30 in room 150. Computers are available for you to use but you must have a pass from a teacher giving details on what you will be working on. Please remember, the electronics policy applies to Homework Huddle.  

Track
I know you know that track starts next week, but are you wondering what track is and who can participate? Track and field is a combination of 13 running, jumping and throwing events. We have 6-8 grade boys and girls on the team. We travel all around the area running on awesome tracks and have even more awesome coaches. Did I say we have a lot of fun? Well we do have a lot of fun. Pick up permission sheets from Mr. Huisheere, Mrs. Srenaski, or get them from Mr. Thomas in the café during lunch. Track officially starts on April 9th. 

Visitors
Tomorrow and Friday, April 5th and 6th, we will have guests visit our building from the IB organization. They will be here for the 2 days to see how we are doing with the IB Programme, be sure to welcome our guests. Please remember to wear your IB or Frankin apparel!
