Board Games
Board Game Club is after school, in room 202, until 3:45 this Thursday. Bring a friend and have fun playing board games. Hot pizza will be served.

Book Club

8th grade Book Club we have a meeting this Thursday during lunch. Please bring your books.

Book Drive
If you have slightly used books and they are taking up space, donate them to the book drive box by the security desk. The donated books will go to St. Paul’s free book library at the front of the church.  Hurry up you will only have three weeks to donate.

Chess Club
Chess club is today in the Bistro right after school until 3:45. You do not need to know how to play chess in order to participate. Bring a friend have some fun learning how to play chess. Hot pizza will be served.

Chess Tournament
The next WSCF Chess Tournament is on Saturday, January 27th, at West De Pere Middle School. Come and have fun playing chess in a tournament. See Ms. Agard in room 202 or stop by Chess Club after school in the Bistro for more information.

Art Competition
Do you have a passion for art? If so, join the Franklin yearbook drawing competition, your drawing could become the cover for the 2017-18 yearbook! Our first meeting will be on Wednesday, January 24th, in room 230 right after school. 

Homework Huddle
Students do you need assistance with homework? The Homework Huddle is available to you Monday-Thursday from 2:45-3:30 in room 150. Computers are available for you to use but you must have a pass from a teacher giving details on what you will be working on. Please remember, the electronics policy applies to Homework Huddle.  

IB Buzz
We do not meet this week. The IB Buzz meeting for this Thursday is cancelled.

LMC Trivia
The LMC trivia question for last week was: What is the name for the Greek goddess of victory? The answer is Nike and the winner is Amaureah Hollis, congratulations Amaureah! You can come to the LMC to claim your prize!

The question for this week is “what city did Martin Luther King Jr. deliver his I Have A Dream speech?” Remember you can stop in before school, before lunch or after school to use the computer to find the answer. Stop in the LMC and try to win the trivia this week!

STEAM Club
Do you want to learn a skill that will help you make a lot of money when you’re older? Are you interested in robotics, coding, Lego programming and building? If you are, sign up for the STEAM Club in the Library Media Center. Our first meeting will be Wednesday, January 24th after school from 2:45-3:45. If you have questions, see Mr. Heller or Mrs. Vraney.

Wrestlers please make sure you have your uniform for tonight’s meet!
